On October 23, when the Pipeline Bureau made a return visit to Bangladesh ExcelerateEnergy, the owner expressed appreciation for the effect of the 3PE/3PP anti-corrosion coating on the hot-bending pipe developed by the anti-corrosion company.
In the construction of domestic long-distance pipelines, the anti-corrosion coatings used in hot-bending pipes usually have shortcomings such as insufficient mechanical strength, insufficient insulation strength, and large maintenance. The anti-corrosion company has continuously adjusted the research and development program to transform the heating furnace, flocking spray gun and other equipment, and has overcome a series of technical problems such as powder splashing and bubble generation in the coating, and successfully developed the 3PE/3PP anti-corrosion layer processing technology for the hot bending tube. The anti-corrosion quality of the hot bending pipe was improved, and the technical standards were compiled.
At present, this technical achievement has been successfully applied in projects such as Bangladesh and Peru.
